When you enter one of our competitions we collect:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Billing & delivery address
Payments processed securely by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

We collect this only to:

Process your entry and payment
Contact you if you win
Deliver or arrange delivery of your prize
Meet our legal obligations (e.g. proof of age 18+, Gambling Commission rules, consumer law)

Free postal entries

If you enter by post, we keep your name, address, email and phone number only for the purpose of adding your free entry and contacting you if you win.

How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored securely on encrypted UK/EU servers via our hosting provider and WooCommerce.
Payments are handled securely by WooPayments (powered by Stripe), a fully PCI-compliant global payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
We only keep your data for as long as we need it (usually 6 years for tax/audit purposes, or until you ask us to delete it).

Who we share your data with

WooPayments (payment processing)
Royal Mail / courier companies (prize delivery only – name & address only)
HMRC or the Gambling Commission if legally required

We do not sell your data, share it with marketers. We may use your data to advertise future raffles and draws, there will be an option to opt out.

Winner publicity

We will publish the winner’s first name and county on our website and social media (this is a legal requirement to prove the competition took place fairly). If you object to this, email us before the draw closes and we will only publish initials.
