Who can participate in Drive Home Competitions?
– Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
– Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, but excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man unless specified).
– Employees of Drive Home Competitions Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.
– Proof of age and residency may be required for prize collection.
How do I enter a competition?
– Competitions are skill-based and require answering a multiple-choice question correctly.
– Entries are made by purchasing tickets via our website.
– Each ticket purchase grants entry into the draw, subject to correct question response.
– Maximum entries per person may apply per competition (specified on the product page).
How the Draw Will Be Carried Out?
– Draws are conducted electronically using a random number generator (e.g., via Google Random Number Generator or similar verifiable tool) to select winners from valid entries.
– The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing, or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
– Draws are live-streamed on media platforms for transparency.
How are winners selected?
– Only entries with correct answers to the skill-based question are eligible.
– Winners are selected randomly from eligible entries using an automated system.
– If no winner is selected (e.g., due to insufficient entries), the competition may be extended or prizes rolled over.
– Winners are notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw.
– If a winner does not respond within 21 days, an alternate may be selected.
Prizes
– Prizes are as described on the competition page (e.g., cars, cash alternatives).
– No cash alternatives unless stated.
– Delivery is included for UK residents.
General
– We reserve the right to cancel or amend competitions.
– Data protection: Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
– Governing law: These terms are governed by English law.

1. The Promoter

2. The Competitions
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all prize competitions on drivehomecompetitions.co.uk (the “Website”).
2.2 All competitions are skill-based prize competitions under the Gambling Act 2005. Entry is via paid ticket purchase or free postal entry (see section 4).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not allowed to enter.
3.3 Only one account per person/household is permitted. Multiple accounts will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Competitions run from the published start date until the closing date/time shown on the competition page.
4.2 Paid Entry Route – Purchase tickets via the Website. Each ticket costs the price shown. You must correctly answer the skill-based question to complete your purchase.
4.3 Free Postal Entry Route (one free entry per person per competition)
Send an unenclosed postcard with:
– Your full name
– Postal address
– Email address & phone number
– The name of the competition you wish to enter
– The correct answer to the skill question shown on the competition page

Postal entries must be received by the competition closing date/time. We will add one entry to your account within 48 hours of receipt.
4.4 Maximum entries per person: Will vary and be displayed on each prize.
4.5 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
5. The Draw & Winner Selection
5.1 All valid entries (paid and free postal) are pooled together.
5.2 The winner will be selected live on social media platforms, with the use of an independent random number generator.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Prize
6.1 Prizes are exactly as described on the competition page.
6.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered except in the circumstances below.
Cash Alternative
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a cash alternative of 70% of the prize’s retail value (e.g. £385 cash instead of a £550 Xbox bundle) if:
(a) the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, or
(b) circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary or preferable.
The winner will be offered the choice of the original prize or the cash alternative.
7. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
7.1 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
7.2 The winner’s first name and county will be published on the Website and social media unless they object in writing.
7.3 The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If they do not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a reserve winner.
7.4 Prizes are delivered free of charge within the UK within 28 days of the winner providing delivery details.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data will only be used to administer the competition and contact you if you win. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
9.1 The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to technical issues.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition except where caused by its negligence.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any competition if circumstances outside its control make this necessary. In such cases, all entry fees will be refunded.
10.2 These terms are governed by English law.
